Reset your PCLAIM password by entering your ID in the "Username" field and your email address in the "Email address" field. If your ID matches one found in PCLAIM and the email address matches the email address in your user profile, the system will generate a random password and send an email containing the new password to the email address in the your profile.

The username field must be the complete PCLAIM login username in the format of "User Name/City/Company". The internet email address is in the format of "username@domain.com".

In order to ensure you receive your reset email, please do the following:
•  Add laborclm@us.ibm.com and n16agent@us.ibm.com to your contacts.
•  Check your spam folder. If in spam folder, mark as not spam
Note: After receiving the new temporary password, you must Sign in and change your temporary password within 72 hours, otherwise it will expire and you will need to submit a new password reset request.
